James O. Alabi is a dynamic executive and non-executive leader whose career spans technology, infrastructure, and public service sectors across the UK, Europe, and Africa. As CEO of CUDE LABS LTD, James has driven innovation in cybersecurity, leading strategic growth, transformation, and governance in a highly regulated, fast-evolving environment. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Blockchain Advisors Ltd, where he spearheaded global advisory programmes, workforce development, and strategic alliances with technology partners and educational bodies. James’s journey began in operational leadership at Bissy Ben Enterprises Nigeria Ltd, where he managed large-scale infrastructure and supply chain projects, fostering high-performing partnerships with government and business stakeholders. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to found a leadership development practice, coaching senior leaders in organizational change, governance, and performance excellence for clients such as Citibank and T-Mobile. With significant experience providing board-level scrutiny and independent challenge, James brings a reputation for robust risk management, cost control, and the delivery of major projects to time and budget. His voluntary roles in educational governance reflect a deep commitment to diversity, social mobility, and serving the public interest. James O. Alabi is holds an MA in Coaching from the University of Warwick, and degrees in International Management and Aeronautic Engineering. He is also a Level 2 Practitioner in Systemic Coaching with Constellation. He is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council UK (EMCC), and is recognized for his independent judgement, collaborative style, and passion for delivering strategic outcomes that drive public value and long-term impact.
