Sharifah brings over 8 years of hands-on administrative experience to TechPath Africa. She has kept offices running across Uganda's education, finance, and business sectors, managing everything from daily cash flow and accounts reconciliation to front-desk operations and document management.
Before joining TechPath Africa, Sharifah served as Secretary and Bursar at Reading Junior School, where she oversaw fee collection, petty cash, accounts payable and receivable, and all administrative correspondence. Her earlier roles at Mak 88 and Graphics Centre, Awenah Enterprises, and WALU Art and Training Centre gave her a broad foundation in reception, client service, and office systems.
Sharifah holds a Diploma in Records Keeping and Information Management from the Management Training and Advisory Centre (MTAC), alongside certificates in records management and computer applications. She is proficient in Microsoft Office and fluent in English, Luganda, and Lusoga.
At TechPath Africa, she is the first point of contact for smooth day-to-day operations. She is detail-oriented, dependable, and keeps things moving with minimal supervision.
